Legal Crooks

Imagine you were a crook and wanted to steal your wealth from others but in a way that would keep yourself out of jail. It might occur to you, like it has to so many others, to promise to help your fellow man by devising a legal method to take from the rich and give to the poor. Then, you could look around and find many groups with various grievances and promise to help them if they help you. You would essentially develop enough support comprised of members of numerous disenfranchised groups to then empower yourself to steal whatever you want, legally. because you write the laws, you would be a politician. clarlarc
