Female Dummies Who Knew?

On the news this morning they said the government is now using female crash test dummies. I never knew dummies had a sex. I wonder what the difference is. Knowing our government they probably put lipstick on some of the dummies, charge us taxpayers a couple thousand more, and claim they are female dummies. clarlarc
