Live Free (But Spied Upon) Or Die Hard

We live in a age when technology exists that enables one person to kill millions with little effort. At the same time there exists a desire by millions of psychotic serial killers operating under the guise of religious expression to to just that. Add to this reality the fact that these demented psychopaths, numbered in the millions, are willing to kill themselves to kill you and stopping them every time is impossible. Also, there is the reality that untold numbers of these mass murderers live among us right now and millions yearly travel in and out of the country from abroad, who knows how many enter daily just by walking across our unsecured border. Enter the government with their surveillance program that collects and stores all electronic communication on everyone. It is not a good thing and I don't like it more that most but until someone finds a better way to do the same thing I would agree with those that believe it is a necessary and vital part of the attempt to protect us from those whose life's goal is to kill us.
