You Call This Calmed Waters?

As the worst hurricane ever recorded along our northeast coastline wreaks its havoc, I can't help but wonder if the guy who claimed he was going to calm the oceans and heal the planet just didn't realize how bad Bush had destroyed the environment. I wonder if Clinton consoled him and said even he could not have prevented this disaster because republicans had made nature far angrier than we had imagined. I assume he thinks if only he had taken much more of our money he could have fixed the problem. Much like the anemic economy that he pumped untold billions of borrowed dollars into, hoping for change, only to see things get much worse and concluding he should have spent much, much more he probably now realizes he should have spent much more to calm the oceans. cjpost
