Die Now, Or Die Later

I guess if you are white and you shoot and kill a person that is attempting to kill you with his bare hands and that person is black then you are guilty of murder, at least in Florida anyway. Think about how stupid it is that our government has provided us the following option; while our head is being repeatedly pounded on a concrete sidewalk by a demented thug, if we have a gun we must decide whether to let our attacker beat us to death or use our weapon to save our life and go to prison for murder.
