Why the Bush Tax Cuts Worked

Tax cuts help the economy?  This is shocking news.  I read this article at Cato Institute by Jeffrey A. Miron that appeared in The New York Times (Online).   I have never heard the president, congress, or most of the news media make this claim.  I wonder why?  Read Article Here.
