Al Gore Fingered By Masseuse

Looking at the recent headlines, I notice one read "Al Gore Fingered by Oregon Masseuse."  This got me to thinking, if he groped her and she fingered him I don't think she could claim unwanted sexual advances.  I hate to ever side with Gore but unless fingered means "fingers jammed into the eyes" then she has no case.
