Government Shut-Down, What - Me Worry?

Well the government has shut down due to grid-lock and, like all other problems we have, it's the republicans fault. That's the version provided by the 90% democrat news media. Problem is, that version of the story is a total lie, the republicans have tried numerous times to prevent a shut-down while the democrats have been acting like ugly little spoiled brats, refusing to even talk to republicans. Besides, since when did we become so ignorant that a government shut-down could be considered a bad thing? I wish it were the case that republicans had shut down the government, that would be wonderful, and in a world where things made sense it would be of political advantage to be seen as the ones who had shut down government and the 90% democrat news media would report that democrats had done it, even the times when they had not.
