Government Studies Duck Penises, No Really

Looks like the government just spent $400,000 studying duck penises, meanwhile, the IRS spent $60,000 making a couple of Star Trek parody videos. I'm sure Obama and Biden think this a wise investment of our tax payer dollars but I doubt you would find two other people outside of a lunatic asylum, and possibly not even there, that would agree. I can not imagine how stupid one has to be to even consider something this ridiculous. Everyone involved in this unfortunate exercise would better serve their fellow man if bound in a straight jacked locked forever in a rubber room in the afore mentioned lunatic asylum rather than be allowed work in government or anywhere else. cjpost
