Pants Have Two Pockets

The Class Warfare or Rich vs Poor Scheme so successfully deployed by liberals is a sad commentary of the ease which they can manipulate public opinion. This is made easier by the fact that too many among us are so uneducated and willingly manipulated. Even the most casual observation leads one to realize that both liberals and conservatives serve the interests of the rich. Liberals serve those rich people who prefer that man be controlled by the State which dispenses goods and services as seen fit by the State. The liberal rich make sure they put people in office who will issue legislation that serves their purpose which is to increase their own wealth and stature. Conservatives serve those rich people who prefer man be given the Liberty and Freedom to provide for himself and receive charity through private sources when needed. They expect the people they put in office to establish only laws that prevent one from doing harm to another, which includes unfair financial as well as physical harm. The casual observer would also realize that the Liberal approach ensures that the rich get richer much more efficiently and unfairly than under a Conservative approach. When one believes, as most do, that conservatives are in the pocket of the rich man, they forget or ignore that pants have two pockets and the left pocket is full of liberals getting a free ride without criticism because one of the rich people they serve is named "the news media." clarlarc

Godless Liberals

The problem Obama has stirred up with the Catholic Church is emblematic of a problem within the liberal psyche greater than appears obvious. Most Catholics have used or currently use birth control and liberals conclude forcing it upon them and everyone else should have been easy. That would be true if you had never submitted your will to God where you would have found out very quickly that you had embarked on a spiritual war pitting the world, the flesh and the devil against you. You would find yourself struggling and probably failing daily to live according to the expectations of the law of the creator as defined by your church and would never assume God's Law should be changed whether you followed all of it or not. You would struggle to find a way to follow it or convince yourself that God would forgive you but you do not want God's Law changed and you would definitely not want the State to tell the Church to go against God's law. Liberals thinking such a thing is possible shows clearly that they have never submitted themselves to a greater good and do not have the slightest clue what that means. clarlarc

Liberals Don't Care About The Poor

Liberals are the most stingy people on earth. Under the guise of helping the poor and promoted as good by a complicit news media, who by their own admission are 90% liberal, they fool the public to believe their method of taking money away from some to give to others is evidence they care about the poor more than conservatives. Nothing could be further from the truth. Studies show that liberal family incomes are 6% higher than conservative families but conservative families give to charity on average 30% more than liberal families ($1,600 vs $1,227). We have been conditioned to believe some things are true that simply aren't. Liberals make more and give less to charity than conservatives but as long as we choose to believe the reverse they will continue to be seen as the ones that care more rather than what they are, devious little people who use others to empower themselves. clarlarc

Things Could Go Either Way

I am not sure yet whether the next president will be republican or democrat/Obama. This nation has put a liberal in charge about once every 10 years since I can remember and they fail so miserably no one wants another one for a long time, usually when memories fade or conservatives become too liberal. But Obama might be different because people have become more stupid, more people feed from the government trough and he is still black. clarlarc

Never Vote For A Man Only A Direction

We do not vote for a person, we vote for a concept. Remember all politicians, yours or mine, are pathetic, disgusting small minded people who do not even know you exist. None of them care about anything but themselves and we should never trust any of them especially the ones whose philosophy we prefer as they are just men, sick little men with intentions we can not know and by virtue of the fact they seek power to control us they are the greatest threat to our liberty. We should pick the ones who move towards the direction of more liberty and freedom. not less. When we grant them power remind them to stay out of our lives because we care about liberty, not them. clarlarc
